What is the difference between an existing project and a new project?
New Projects: Brand new Projects that are built from scratch at the start of the competition
Existing Projects: Existing Projects are those ported/converted by the developers from other blockchain protocols such as Celo, Fantom, Ethereum, or Binance.
This distinction is created to make sure that the developers who are building their first Dapp are not at a disadvantage as compared to those who already have a working product.
